Whether your current scheduling is in the form of hand-drawn, time-scaled networks, computerized CPM printouts or plots, bar charts, lists, or DAVIS Consulting Group’s CHRONOLOGIC™, you can dramatically improve the readability, understanding, and flexibility of your schedules by establishing and maintaining them on the Cascad-e™ System. SETTING UP THE SCHEDULE
UPDATING THE SCHEDULE Allowing a typical CPM program to blindly slip activities in response to update information is unrealistic and frequently dangerous. Cascad-e™ updates involve the project team in determining how to react to deviations from schedule, changes in scope, or changes in project criteria. Cascad-e™ provides flexibility for rapid incorporation of the project team’s update input. A marked-up copy of the previous plot can normally be converted into a revised/updated schedule plot within 24 hours of receipt. A significant amount of revision can be handled by phone conversation or by fax. If the project team can meet at the Cascad-e™ facility, modifications can be incorporated and examined on-screen as the items are discussed. YOU ALREADY HAVE A COMPUTERIZED CPM SCHEDULING PROGRAM? Send us a sample of the printout or plot you work with and we’ll send you the Cascad-e™ Schedule Graphics of that same information. Then you decide which version best helps you control your project. Cascad-e™ can be used to give the very best graphical interpretation of a schedule generated and maintained in some other fashion. Better yet, it can become your primary scheduling system. With Cascad-e™, people understand and use the schedule. Cascad-e™ is available to you through processing at DAVIS Consulting Group's facilities, or a Cascad-e™ System can be set up and operated within your firm using your personnel. Cascad-e™ works. To see how it can best work for you, please write; call; fax; or e-mail us at:
